What is Anorexia?
"Anorexia Nervesoa is an eating disorder characterized by an abnormally low body weight, intense fear of gaining weight, and a disorted perception of body weight."
Anorexia is an unhealthy way to try to cope with emotional problems. People that are anorexic consider thinness with self-worth. No matter how skinny you become its never enough.The dread of becoming fat, or being disgust with how your body looks can make eating meals very stressful. Practically what you think about all day is dieting, exercising, and losing weight. Which you will end up having very little time for family and friend, and the activities you enjoy to do. This is why treatment is very difficult to overcome, but with great treatment you can gain a better sense of who you are, go back to healthier eating habits and reverse the anorexia complications.

The Causes of Anorexia
Anorexia is more than just food and weight, it is also about depression, loneliness, insecurity, pressure to be perfect, ad feeling out of control.

Getting Help
If You have anorexia first you should admit that you have a problem. Once you have done that you should talk to someone and stay away from the people, places, or activities that trigger your anorexia. Last seek a professional for help.
Now if you're trying to help someone that is anorexic, first you should think of yourself as an outsider. In other do not think of yourself as a person with anorexia, be yourself. Next be a role model and take care of yourself. Also, do not act like the food police, so don't put so much pressure on them. Last avoid any kind of threats, scare tactics, and angry outburst and put downs.
